Smart casual, everyone dresses smarter as it is a more upscale setting. I would suggest no trainers, shorts or t shirts. We usually go with polo shirt or shirt with a collar and jeans with smarter shoes (men) and nice top and jeans or a dress with sandals or shoes (women)
